Creating a New Account

The first step to interacting with this website is to create an account. Accounts identify you and your personal preferences with the data.You are not required to submit you’re personally identifiable information; just the opposite, it is always best to leave your personal information to yourself.

Accounts have three components.

1. A username to identify yourself to the website
2. A password to validate you are who you say you are
3. A screen name to identify yourself to other users – this is what other people will see online. You can use your real name or something else, that decision is completely up to you.

Note on screen names: The benefits of using your real name make it easier for friends and family to find you. However, screen names are captured by search engines and could expose your name to the rest of the Internet.
